AMS Sound & Vision takes pride in a clean and thorough installation. We know that other companies can install similar systems as well, but what sets us apart is our commitment to service after the installation. AMS views the installation as the start of a relationship with the client. Technology is constantly changing, and as we all have experienced, needs a little help sometimes. For this reason, we have invested in expanding our team to include a 24/7/365 service team to assist those who want after-hours or escalated service. Our service team is committed to providing great customer service, while assisting those in need. The remote service team is trained by us to understand how we install systems and is constantly learning to keep up with the changes in technology.
The options available are designed to fit the needs and the expectations of each client. There is no membership requirement to get a service appointment. Our memberships are for the additional service we offer. Below is a description of each level. Keep in mind, our goal is to always provide great service, at any level!
